Chiropractic treatment deals with the vital relationship between the nervous system and the spinal column, and its role in the restoration and maintenance of good health. The goal of the chiropractor is to keep the nervous system free from impingement caused by misalignment of the spine and related structures, as well as maintaining optimal spinal mechanics. A multitude of musculoskeletal disorders respond favorably to chiropractic care.
Massages are more often associated with spas than medical treatment, however massage therapy can be a fantastic addition to a physical rehabilitation program. Any one of our Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) can tailor a massage to fit your particular needs. The benefits of massage therapy include increased flexibility and circulation, relief from back pain and assistance in the release of endorphins.
